Survey of Intellectual Property Laws and Organisations
The objective of the Survey is to provide an overview of key IP laws and organisations. The project was conducted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia and was completed in 2000. The Survey was funded under APEC's Trade and Investment Liberalisation and Facilitation (TILF) Special Account.
